Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Employee to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis (approximately two-three days a week). As a Marketing Employee at Better Moments and Photo Exploring, you will play a crucial role in promoting our photo tours and engaging with our target audience. Your primary responsibilities will include content creation, managing our website, email marketing campaigns, and social media marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and engaging content for our website, blog, and social media platforms.
- Manage and update our WordPress-based website, ensuring it reflects the latest information about our tours, destinations, and offers.
- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Monitor and manage our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Engage with our audience, respond to inquiries, and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools.

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
- Proficiency in WordPress, with the ability to update and manage website content.
- Experience in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, including campaign creation, segmentation, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and experience in managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for photography and a good understanding of the travel industry will be considered an advantage.
